Terms of Service

By registering for or using Vidigoo (vidigoo.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

Vidigoo provides tools to create language-learning videos: content generation, text-to-speech, vertical/horizontal rendering, and social post kits.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance or product improvement.

2. Account

You are responsible for securing your password and all activity under your account.

Registered email may need verification before full feature access, depending on system settings.

3. Content publishing rights

You retain ownership of content you create or provide (text, topics, translations, on-video branding).

You warrant that you have the legal right to use and publish content you submit, including on social or video platforms you choose.

You grant Vidigoo a non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, transform (tokenize, TTS, render), and deliver output videos solely to provide the service to you.

Vidigoo will not publicly list your content in a shared library or use it in marketing without your separate consent.

You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or applicable law.

4. Video storage and data

Rendered video files (.mp4) are stored for up to 3 days after successful render, then may be deleted automatically.

Lesson content (sentences, translations, notes), TTS audio, and post kits are retained in your account for editing or re-rendering.

Download videos before expiry. Vidigoo is not liable if you fail to download after notice.

5. Learning Sites

Vidigoo may offer learning sites (subdomain or custom domain) for teachers/organizations to publish approved lessons.

Learning site transactions (plans, renewal, cancellation) follow the refund policy at /refund and the designated payment provider.

Site owners are responsible for published content and section 3 (publishing rights).

When a learning site plan expires, learner access may be blocked; progress data may be retained per policy and is not immediately deleted unless you request account deletion.

6. Credits and payment

Some actions (TTS, render) consume credits. Required credits are shown before you confirm.

Credits used for delivered services are generally non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Vidigoo is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee videos meet every platform’s requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, Vidigoo is not liable for indirect damages from use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. New versions take effect when posted on vidigoo.com. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Contact
