Privacy Policy

Vidigoo (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

  • Email, display name, country, UI language at registration
  • Content you create: topics, sentences, translations, video settings
  • Technical logs: IP, browser, access times (security and operations)
  • Payment info processed by payment providers (we do not store card numbers)

2. How we use data

  • Provide and improve Vidigoo
  • Send verification, password reset, and service emails via Brevo
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and secure the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations when required

3. Storage and processing

Account and project data are stored on cloud providers (Railway, Cloudflare R2).

Video files (.mp4) may be deleted after 3 days; lesson metadata remains in your account.

Transactional email is sent via Brevo with vidigoo.com SPF/DKIM/DMARC.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors needed to run Vidigoo (hosting, email, payments, AI/TTS).

Content published on a Learning Site may be visible to learners you authorize.

5. Your rights

  • Access and update account info in Settings
  • Request account deletion via support@vidigoo.com
  • Opt out of marketing email (transactional email may still be sent)

6. Cookies and sessions

We use JWT tokens in localStorage for login sessions. Analytics cookies may be added later with notice.
